steering wheel is locked
so i have a 2008 lexus is250 and earlier today i started up the car and proceeded to drive within 2-5 meters my steering wheel got real heavy and took some amount of strength for me to be able to park the car on the side of the road, abs,p/s,vsc off and traction control lights are also on ,so later on the day i took it to a mechanic shop to get it scanned and it popped up with the code:c1241 in which i changed the battery and left to go home everything was fine until i gave the car alittle gas and my steering locked up again further inspection of the car i noticed that my positive terminal is corroded could that be the reason ? thanks in advance for any help and opinions
