No, it is part of the headlight and not sold separately. The plastic cover will be a once in a blue moon thing on eBay only if someone doesn't throw it away. Your best bet is just replacing the headlight as you'll just keep waiting for someone to eventually list a cover that's most likely scratched up/damaged in some way.
