Heated seats controls backlight

I have been searching and searching. I have a 07 lexus is250 backlight for heated seats went out does any know how to replace bulb or if it is even replaceable.

See the LED replacement thread by 2slow from 2009 and the 2011 LED swap by Binh that just got revived. We did the DIY swap of all those to white LED and good info there.
