Default Power lock failure

I have a 2008 is 250.... it is in great condition however I’ve recently notice that I have 3 doors no longer locking when I press the button on keychain or the button in car or when the car is put in drive ( I did change the battery of the key chain to make sure that wasn’t it) The child safety lock also does not work on the two back doors either. I can only manually lock and unlock these 3 doors. Any advice about what the issue could be ? The 3rd door just started not locking a day ago
