Amplifier!!!!
Sometimes when I start my car of late, the stereo will not work ( radio, cd, or auxiliary).... Then I’ll start it later and it works!!! Someone told me the amplifier is going bad, so does anyone know what kind it is and where I should get one???
Do you have Mark Levinson? if so the AMP is in the trunk. I can't recall if the Standard Lexus radio also had an amp in the trunk??
Did you search for any DIY threads replacing the OEM amp with aftermarket or just simply replacing?? I bet your not the first one to replace ;-)

Could be, but could also be a loose connector somewhere.
