Glad to see people are jumping on the product. I may make a video this weekend as well, explain how to either depin or slice the wires to make them work correctly.

I just got an 09 IS250 last week and want to replace the high beams and fog lights with LEDs. I like the HID low beams and I've heard that it's a pain to remove the front bumper just to change out the blinkers (even though I'd like to switch them out too).

Looking at the highly recommended XenonDepot page, what's the difference between the regular $50 LED bulbs and the Xtreme kit (and is it worth the upgrade)?

I have not seen the cheaper ones, but it seems to me these LEDs are of higher quality.

I still have a very lightly used set for sale if anyone is interested https://www.clublexus.com/forums/mar...depot%20xtreme

Any thoughts on if they are worth the price difference?

Get the LED pro kit. It will be useless to just get the regular bulbs. The light output will not be significant. Unless that's what your looking for. Look up the technical specs on each item at XD.com. they show the lumens spec for each.

HID KITS - 3200 Lumens est.

LED kits - 1800 lumens est.

Stock halogens - 1000 lumens est.

That's what I figured. Thanks for the advice. Just cleaned both lenses today so can't wait to see them with new LED bulbs.

Just doing a bit more reading: is it worth it to change the stock high beams out to LED's? I have the DRL's off so that's not an issue, but it seems like a lot of people don't get great light output when switching the high beams to LED's to make them usable.
