Default 2009 is250 awd [LED/HID kit recommendations]

I bought a kit, and the passenger side LED didn't fit correctly. Anyone have any good experience with LED/H.I.D kits? If so, which ones?

Thanks for the plug, MikeFig82.

ComponY, we have a 2009 Lexus IS250 Lighting Guide that can get you started looking at options. In general terms, you probably want to avoid using HIDs for High Beams because of the warmup period (LEDs are better there - they fire up instantly), but either can be a good option for your Low Beams depending on how much of an upgrade you are looking for and whether or not you have a projector-style headlight lens (HIDs are better in projectors, because of the large brightness upgrade).

Let us know if you have any questions we can help out with.

I've had enough experience with HID's, and definitely want to move over to LED after having a kit on my bike! Would love to talk this over with 'ya!

+1 for Xenondepot - I've purchased 3 of their kits and they are great quality -- and very bright!!

I usually go for the higher kit that connects back to the battery for a more steady voltage

Are you guys running any deals at the moment? If not, that's ok! I have a 2009 Lexus IS250 AWD. What kit do you recommend?

Right now, we are offering an extra 15% off storewide. As for what to get, do you have halogen or HID low beams?

Also, what are you looking to get out of the upgrade?

This is what my VIN lookup said: Projector bulb headlamps w/headlamp off delay

I'm looking for some brighter lights. Preferably LED', but would do H.I.D too. LED's just look real good!

I had a 6500K lowbeam kit and a 5000K foglight kit installed on a 08 IS250 (loved this combo)

I had a 3000K kit installed on my current 2010 IS350 until I swapped them back to regular bulbs with yellow overlays - too bright in the foglight housing for my liking

If you have halogen H11 low beams and want to go with LED then yes these would be your best option!
