Default Extended wheel studs on stock wheels?

If I go with the Itchiba 45mm (45mm + 7.5mm spline) and decide to go back to factory wheels,
are the OEM lug nuts deep enough? Or do I need to remove the new lug bolts and put the old ones back on..

I plan to to add a 5-10mm spacer in the rear on my square setup.
I only get 3 3/4 turns which is why I’m asking with the 5mm spacer on

The spacers that I am familiar with has the same length of stud as original (not your typical spacers, but the Ichiba kind). Am a little confused about you question, here is a typical spacer set up:

What I plan to do is buy the H&R removeable spacer with lug nut kit which differs from your image only because I’ll be getting a 10mm spacer..

And at worst case if I ever were to trade in the car down the line, I can slap on the stock rear wheels considering the offset is +50. With spacers on it would be +40 offset which should work..
