how to back to D mode from paddle shift

Hi,guys,I just bought a used 2012 is250 AWD.When i driving today,I use paddle shift oto down gear,and then I don't know how to go back to D mode.
I tried to hold the paddle+ for a period,but still can't back to D mode,do you know why? tahnk you.

You just put the shifter back over to D?

In my 2010, in order to use the paddles, you put the shift lever in D and then move the shift lever to the left. To stop using the paddles, move the shift lever to the right.

If you mean using your paddles to downshift while still in "D", just hit the right paddle until you reach max gear. It's a gear limiter so you just would be limiting it to the highest gear. Alternatively you can just move the shift **** left and back right.

I just grab the stick and pull to the left (manual shift) and push back to the right (drive). Takes less than a second.

Yeah basically just use the paddle shifter and shift up to 6th and it'll change back to the D mode

Is it paddle shift to 6th gear,and the screen doesn't show 6th?

Just move the shift **** from the S to the right to the D position. You don't have to shift all the way up to 6th gear to do this. If you want to go back to paddle, move the shift **** left from D to S. You can do all this while moving. I can't make it more simple than that.

I have an '11 and i just hold the right paddle, for 2 seconds or so and it goes back to automatic... you mentioned it earlier in your post .. That's how mine works
