If you are simply in the market for a set of black round rubber things to get you from point A to B, go to a tire store and weigh your options of tread wear warranty and price and make a decision from there.

As Gville eluded to, If you want to alter the performance of the car in some way by replacing tires you need to let us know what you want and what you have to work with.

I like Firestone Indy 500 tires for an affordable high performance summer tire as a cheaper alternative to Michelin Pilot Super Sports. But if you are just commuting with no spirited driving you will probably want to look at all seasons with high treadwear warranties if you are looking at cost per mile. But beware that their braking distances (especially wet) and maximum cornering speeds will be worse than good summer tires and it will be easier to lose traction when using heavy throttle (especially in the rain).

I run Michelin Pilot Sports A/S 3+'s because I like the performance but also the added traction for the rain that is prominent in the spring and fall seasons.

But as stated above.. with more information we could be a lot more helpful
