Replacing Flyaudio unit with OEM Nav - 2011 IS250
Hi all! Just would like to say you all are great and a well known community for all things Lexus!
I currently have a 2011 is250. Purchased from a dealer in Canada. When I bought the unit it didn't have a navigation unit and I asked for them to put it in when I bought it. They put in the Flyaudio unit (no surprise, low cost for them). However, after a year or so of using it, the screen is gone completely. I tried to to fix it but ended up cutting the ribbon cable for the screen so I need to replace the whole unit. I'm just wondering if I order an OEM unit on ebay, will the cables for the Flyaudio fit it? Or will I need to get a
whole new set of cables as well? This is what I'm looking to buy:
I will be taking pictures of the Flyaudio unit tomorrow so will keep you all posted.
