Question Need help removing c pillar interior trim

I'm trying to remove the c pillar trim to replace the damaged exterior trim piece. Tried prying it out but the clips won't budge. I have already removed the rear seats and footwell trim and weatherstripping. Is there anything else I need to do before removing this piece?

This is what I've done so far and one of the clips already broke

If I remember correctly, removing the rear deck makes a big difference in pulling the c-pillar off.
