Default Check VSC After Replacing Headlights

Just put in new headlight bulbs and I turned my engine on and it had the Check VSC (vehicle stability control) on the display, check engine light, warning light, and traction control light on. Only thing I unplugged electronic wise was the MAF connect to the top of the air intake in order to move it.

Did I actually mess up my car or is this just malfunction?

That just happened to me except I changed the water pump and all those lights came on LOL. The code that came up was P0172 so I did some research and found out I should clean the MAF. Cleaned it, reset the ECU and its been gone since. I'd start with checking what the CEL code it is and go from there.

Did you power on the car to check the headlights while the MAF was still unplugged? If so, that's your explanation. Just clear the code with an OBD2 scan tool or by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes.

Any ideas why mine came on after I finished doing my water pump? Only put 40 miles on it before the light came on. I cleaned the MAF and reset the ECU (not by disconnecting the battery) and the Check VSC and CEL hasn't come back...

Default P0300

Just had the check engine and traction control lights come in. Had it diagnosed code came back as a random cylinder misfire. Anyone have any knowledge or dealt with this issue. 2006 Lexus is250 with 175k miles.
