I have a 2012 is350 with the navigation and the in dash 6 disc cd changer, haven't had any problem until today with the cd changer. I was playing a cd when it suddently stop playing and a message on the top ribbon stated "check cd". I am able to remove all the cds out, but when I reload them none of them will play any music and would show the "check cd" status. Would like to know what "check cd" means, if there are any remedies to this problem or do I have to replace the cd changer?

It means the CD changer can't read the CDs.. Try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. If that doesn't work, you're looking at a new CD changer. Alternatively, you could send it to United Radio in Syracuse, NY to get it fixed.

I have the same thing... What ever came of this?

Also, any other threads talk about this? Couldn't find anything else...

Open up the CD changer and clean up the laser lenses using alcohol Anh q-tip

This hard to do? I know how to get the CD changer out, but have never tore into it...
