Default 2007 Lexus IS250 should I buy one ?

I'm currently looking to upgrade from my current 2004 Ford Taurus and would really appreciate any input on what to look for in a used Lexus.
would this be a good purchase for a second car? Looking to put about 100k miles on it if I purchase it both cars I am looking at currently have somewhere in the 60k range would it still be good to purchase at the mileage? What problems could I expect with this much mileage?
Here a links to two cars I am looking at

I don't have any previous experience with Lexus so I would really appreciate anyone's feedback thanks!

Buy IS350 if you can, there is Carbon Buildup on IS250 model, you can prevent to reduce carbon issue or at least get 2012+ IS250 model since you are totally fresh to Lexus don't spend time on those, IS350 is more powerful and more reliable, 250 = 204HP IS350 = 306HP gas mileage is not much different, if you still want that 2007 IS250, beside carbon buildup the car is great, at 150k keep an eye on Waterpump, at 200k keep an eye on alternator, buy an Oil Catch Can and replace your PCV valve and just do regular maintenance like Toyota Camry and Enjoy your Japanese girl ride instead of American Girl.
