Hi,

I'm trying to find a spline key for the aftermarket lug nuts that are on my other set of tires, are they all one size?

Trying to figure out if this will work:
Is 21mm the same as 12 x 1.5m?

No 21mm is the hex size for the nut, while the 12x1.5 is what they call the thread depth and pitch I believe. If you have aftermarket lugs, it's possible that the hex size is no longer the OEM stock 21mm. Try out different sockets and see what fits perfectly before buying the deep socket.
