Default Is350 Dash\Interior panel replacement

Hi folks ive been wrestling with my dealership in getting my interior dash and panels replaced due to the material breaking down. My dealer wanted to just replace the dash and driver side panel and advised the other pieces were fine. Visually they are fine but to the touch they get that shiny sticky gummy bear texture to them. Service manager told me it was armoral when i dont even use the stuff. Anyone gave a good contact in arizona? Also anyone know how this recall works? If i have the dash and driver panel replaced will i be able to get the others done in the future? Any info Is much appreiciated. THX.

It's not a recall, it's a warranty enhancement. So if the condition exists, they should replace everything that is effected. It covers more than just visual breakdown, it specifies stickiness and cracking as well. You can read up on it if you search the for warranty enhancement ZLD.

It should be as simple as taking the car in getting on the waiting list for parts, which will take forever to be replaced.

There are tons of threads on here about the issues with this whole deal. I got on the waiting list Dec 2014. I finally got door panels replaced in October 2016, but I am still waiting on a dash. 2 years and counting.....
