Default Aux armrest with aftermarket radio question?

For anybody that has a aftermarket radio installed, is there anything used like a harness or av adapter in order to integrate the aux input in the armrest?

You mind me asking why it is you're so concerned about keeping the AUX input, after going to the trouble of installing an aftermarket headunit that opens up better audio options for you? You can actually run a USB cable to plug in an Ipod or MP3 player, instead of that inferior garbage sounding AUX plug.

Yeah I do know that there's better alternatives other than aux, and I do plan to use them instead of aux but I just want a extra alternative for example if I have passengers that can't use the USB input.

If you're really hell bent on keeping that center console AUX, I would just run the one that comes with the aftermarket headunit, to that spot in the console. Pull the stock one, and replace it with the aftermarket one in it's place.
