Default Crap! Oil filter plastic cover missing!

So I am doing my very first own oil change on my 07 is350 and I bought everything I need tonight. I was curious to test out my new rhino ramps to see if they work well and they are perfect, great clearance and everything. I took a peak under my car and the plastic cover that covers to oi filter area is missing and not only that the plastic parts around it that it bolts onto are all broken. So even if I found the cover I couldn't bolt it on... How bad is it with missing the cover? I have no idea how long it's been missing since I never looked under there since owning my car from 60k miles and now it has almost 90k

I'd not worry about it.
