Default Alarm going off when I manually open door

I have bad door lock actuators(98 GS 300) and can only manually lock my car doors. I've replaced the battery in the FOB and it will still not disable the car alarm if I use the key in the door. I have to put the key in the ignition to stop the alarm. This only happens when I use the FOB to activate the alarm after I have manually locked the car. Has anyone ran into this problem. It's like the FOB will not recognize to stop the alarm, but it will attempt to unlock unsuccessfully the doors, but will unlatch the trunk when I use it on that. It's the only master key I have and I also was wondering if I replace the actuator motors will this stop the embarrassment of having my alarm go off when manually (using the KEY) to unlock my car. Need help and can't find any threads with this problem.

Thanks,

BW

I have noticed that if I don't set the alarm with the fob and just use it to unlock then manually use the key the alarm seems to no go off quite as much. Could this be a faulty fob not recognizing and disarming the alarm once it is set off? HELP!!!

Default Fob doesn't recognize that alarm is to be disabled

I have found out that if I just manually lock all the doors (passenger, passenger back and driver back and driver door) if I don't set the alarm with the FOB I can walk up to the car and press the unlock on FOB and it beeps disabling alarm. Remember my actuators are bad and i'm going to replace them soon. Then I just use the key to enter the drivers door and the alarm will not go off. Does anyone know that if having bad actuators will cause the alarm to no disarm since the locks didn't actually move? Thanks,
