Front lip install help!!!
Im getting a front lip and was messaging shops on yelp for estimates to paint and install the lip, as well as install a replica wald spoiler i got. this guy said something about it chesper without R&I the bumper. I asked what that means but I think hes asking if he has to remove to bumper to put the lip on... so do you have to remove the bumper? Pretty sure it's just the clips but I mean the cars pretty low so he might have to take the whole bumper off to get it on anyway
Thank you
Thank you
If you ask them to install it's usually up to them if they want to remove the bumper for a more in depth installation. But a lip kit just goes over the original section of the lips with screws on the sides and 3m double side tape. It isn't that hard and no need to remove the bumper imo. Always make sure to test fit first before paint is applied. The lips may need some adjustment modification to fit proper. Depending in the materials.

The power is way too addicting
However Im not sure if its because the car is relatively new so there isn't much aftermarket parts to play with. Only Tunes. Nothing cosmetic so to say.
The 2is def has more versatility in customization of ones car.

The install is poorly written (Chinese-translated?), but it's there in the "auction list" :
"Install: Replace factory under chin spoiler and uses factory mounting points and screws"
So you remove the existing factory lip, and pop this in its place utilizing the factory mounting locations. Yes you'll want to have it painted; but a test-fit is always good to do first.
