Default Check awd

So i recently purchased a set of 2008 isf 19 stock rims for my 2008 is250 awd. After installing i rode less than 2 mins and the check awd alert came on.
The rims are 19x8 +45 in the front and 19x9 +55 in the rear.

The tire spec are 215/45/19 in the front and 255/35/19 in the rear

for AWD all wheels must be the same size or you'll screw your transmission and the AWD ECU, even all tires must be the same too, AWD is damn expensive in suspension and very sensitive.

you want to look cool, here the size for AWD 235/40/18 offset 35 Rim 18x9

you want 19" rim ? 235/35/19 offset 35 rim 19"

you want even cooler ? get fender roll and staggered rims or install 20-25mm wheel spacers.

Yours AWD you can't do it like RWD !

You can run staggered setup but the rolling diameter between the front and rear wheels must be either the same or have a very small difference. Otherwise, you end up destroying the AWD system..

225/40/19 would have been a smarter decision, but even then I think that tire is bigger than the OEM which is 225/45/17? The new tires on the staggered set must be the same rolling diameters while being the same as the OEM size. For example on my GS, the original size was 225/50/17 and I now have 225/45/18 on the front and 255/40/18 on the rear which have the exact same rolling diameters, the only difference is width and according to the dealer that's the main thing.

He wants big and cool, 235/40/18 even bigger than OEM side 225/45/17 that's why i run mine on 225/40/18 which is perfect same to OEM one.

if he willing to run 245/30/19 than it will be fine, these are the sizes that 99% closed to stock OEM

225/40/18
255/40/17
245/30/19

My Alignment Shop friend has a same car 2010 IS250 AWD he runs on 235/40/18 x9 rims, he said it's will be fine even though it's a bit bigger than OEM size.

Look at my Avatar the grey IS250 is his car mine is Black.

What matters is overall diameter, the rest is up to you.

215/45/19 =26.6"
255/35/19 = 26"

https://tiresize.com/tyre-size-calculator/

You need to change size on one end to bring closer to .2" difference.
215/40/19 on the front should do it.
