Default Looking for rear lip spoiler

Recently purchased 06 IS250. Car is really plain so id like to add chin and rear lip spoiler. Which spoilers are you people running? With my car being tungsten pearl i wanna add black/carbon fiber for contrast.

In a few posts ive seen ebay recommend. Im asking if ebay spoilers fitting ok or buy more expensive spoilers from reputable sites. One thing that has me curious is the fact that ebay has multiple pictures with spoilers on cars from different angles.

Wald rep seems popular here. Jun tw makes a cool looking CF one as well. I personally prefer the OEM ISX50 spoiler over the isf. I do believe a lot of folks do buy them off ebay and seem pretty happy.

The Only issue with Ebay would be Fitment. Its either not Wide enough, or not long enough, If you can live with the gaps then its def a great choice. BUT just keep in mind, it is Ebay so is Hit or miss.

I bought a Oem style spoiler for my last car from Oem.Thing on eBay and the figment was great. It came painted for less that 90$. And it came with the tape to install.

Did the same, the fitment was not 100% but it worked. Color was dead on. In fact the spoiler shape was even better than the OEM.

If you get one off ebay, do yourself a favor and buy it unpainted and have it painted buy a decent shop. The paint that comes on that stuff is pure crap will not last in the TX heat. I originally bought the prepainted spoiler and the paint went to hell on it pretty quick. But I wanted the roof spoiler by then too so instead of having it repainted I just bought the combo that came with another rear spoiler, both prepainted. The paint on the second rear spoiler and the roof spoiler went to hell rather quickly too. I just sucked it up and had them both repainted myself and they've lasted for many years now.

I had zero fitment problems with either though, the paint/clearcoat is just awful. There is a big thread on here about the roof spoilers showing the fitment and colors on all of them.

Do you remember the seller? I was looking at the xpert tuning. I live in VA and not as hot as TX.

I don't remember the sellers, I bought from two different ones and my ebay purchase history only goes back to 2014, not sure why.

Also, I am just speculating about it being heat/UV related. I've never really researched it to see if others have had the same issues. But both spoilers and the roof spoiler did not last very long at all.

I can take some pics if you want to see the fitment though, surely they are all about the same. My car is TP as well, so it will give you a good idea of what it looks like.

In some of those pictures, the color look a tad off on the spoiler. It isn't, it's just the reflection of a brown wall behind me on the trunk while the spoiler angles down and is picking up a reflection of the bright concrete.

Here is the big roof spoiler thread I was referring to earlier. Apparently I wasn't the only one to have issues with the paint, as I see it mentioned numerous times in the later posts.
