Default What product to use to install spoiler?

When I bought my wifes is250, It came with a painted spoiler, but didn't have any adhesive tape on it. I tried 3m, but it wouldn't stick even with me cleaning both the spoiler and the trunk lid to strip the wax/cleaning product off. Any recommendations?

That's very Strange. I 3m double side my wald spoiler and its stuck. It wont come off unless I heat and melt the glue.

That is Very odd.. I thought all spoilers came with 3M on the underside? Maybe they expect you to drill holes into the spoiler or trunk that ive heard other members do? I personally wouldnt do that though since 3M SHOULD do the job. Are you sure you applied it properly?

Usually will get the job done. Do you apply enough pressure and hold it there long enough? Whenever I use 3M i usually have a buddy help me by holding it using as much pressure we can use. Sometimes we use a heat gun on the tape too to make it stick more (not sure if it helps, but it makes sense to me)
