Search the forum and couldn't find anything on it. Looking to see if anyone knows a place to buy the plastic part that is screwed on the back of your window control trim. I contacted my local Lexus dealership and they told me I had to buy the whole window trim which cost 300-400 for each side.

 

Are you talking about that yellow clip in your picture, or those screws that are holding the switch trim to the wood grain? None of the Lexus part diagrams show any screws/clips that are purchasable on the window switch trim.... Just buy a used one on eBay, you can pick one up for $60 or so.
