No, the units without Mark Levinson have a CD changer and can't play video.

Damn that is disappointing. Both that I am looking at are w/o the ML. I would love to have the ML. I keep thinking perhaps I should wait. It is tempting if I can get at 16k for the 2011 w 84k miles.

I think I can deal w/o the ML if it is the right color. I do think the 2010 or 2011 is what I will end up with. I am usually too quick and find something I would have preferred later. Lately my timing has been pretty far off.

I was about 30 miles away from the dealer, I missed my connection to my freeway and almost went there, but traffic and not having my pink and checkbook stopped me. My car is old and I just got some parts for it. I wonder how long before it needs more. It had a freak transmission leak and there is a bit of a delay when going from D to Reverse. Makes me think I am running out of time. My sister thinks I am being too picky, wanting the ML and one of those colors in a 2010-2013. Especially with a good price.

There is an 08 out there that has the color and the ML, but it is an 08 and it has 104k on it. It is less by almost 3k...I love the thought of getting the 2011

Both cars were sold before I even got to them. I found a car, but it is in Jersey. I am curious about it. The dealership doesn't have many pics. It is a 2008, but it has F Badges. I didn't think they had any until 2010. It also have LED lights, so I am thinking the previous owner modded it. I wanted something newer, but I am curious, the deal isn't bad, but I would have to get it here. I am also thinking bout a 2012 Audi A6 with the 3.0 SC, brand new they are 60k now 20k. There is a company that will flash them, supposedly they will have 420hp after the flash. The interiors are pretty awesome on them. Supposedly might get 23mpg with the 8speed auto. My shade tree mechanic says he will disown me if I get an Audi..lol. I am also thinking about a new Chevy Volt, they are 30k before the tax credit, which makes it more like 23k and I figure it will get at least 50mpg, even including spending for the electricity.

Anyone in NJ?

IMO, for a peace of mind go with any year IS350 that fits your budget. It has good power, proven reliability, and good gas mileage for its 3.5 liter engine. Oh, did I mention it's blast to drive? And be patience for the one that comes with ML, it's worth the wait. High HP cars (ISF/2012 Audi A6) are cool but how often are you gonna use all that power on a daily basis? If this is going to be your weekend car, I say go for it but not if you're going to be daily driving them. The maintenance cost that goes along with it will adds up quickly. Good luck!
