Default is350 twice ignite problem

I have this problem for about half year. The problem is that the first time I press the start button, the rpm goes to 1k for one second and then drops to zero. Then cel and battery are on. Then I have to press the button again to fully start.
Sometime I have to do it multiple time. I have gone to dealer twice and asked to change the battery and power switch. And I did it but this problem still happens sometimes (especially when the weather is cold). I have recorded a video about this probelm.

Does anyone have idea what's wrong with it.

How old is your car? And did your car's engine actually ran and then shut down?

Could it be the alternator? I would try to read engine codes if there are any.
