2006 Lexus IS350 Headlight issue
I bought my car two 1/2 weeks ago with 136k miles, but ever since i bought it its head an issue with the lights. at first they would both shut off while driving i posted the original issue on here and everyone said its the bulb, i ordered the bulbs installed them drove it for a week then the left light flickered and shut off then id switch it on and off and theyd both work but the left one would go out again. these lights are brand new idk what the issue is.. help i hear it might be a ballast. how much are those?

What replacement bulbs did you buy? Did you buy them from an authorized source? The market is teeming with poorly-made counterfeit bulbs that are troublesome even when new.

I'm not familiar with that brand, but from a quick visit to their website, I see they sell for less than $20 a bulb, and suspect that you got what you paid for. Since you seem to have one that is working reliably, try swapping bulbs from side-to-side to see if the problem moves to the other side. If it does, it's the bulb.
In my opinion, I think it's worth the extra money to buy genuine Philips or Osram bulbs from an authorized dealer (like XenonDepot or The Retrofit Source.)

I believe I recommended TRS and XenonDepot in a post of his back in late November. There's a reason people recommend them over hundreds of cheap alternatives you can find on the web. Go ahead and swap the bulbs and see if the problem follows as mentioned above.
I would buy a set of reputable aftermarket or OEM bulbs and return the bulbs you bought. Hopefully this ends your flickering/shut off issue.
