Default Stealth/Chrome bulbs

Does anyone know where I can buy stealth bulbs? Stealthbulbs.com and Stealthauto.com doesn't seem to be working.

I know ebay offers them but trying to stay away from knock offs.

I've been looking for them too. No luck so I just ended up ordering from eBay. I've read that it is not as bright as regular bulbs. So we'll see how it looks when it gets here next week.

When I had my gs I did the amber delete mod on the oem tail lights. Bought some bulbs off of ebay that were clear but turned amber when used in the blinker. They were fine but during the day it was really that bright. Are these what you are talking about?

I bought chrome Stealth brand bulbs about 6 weeks ago from a BMW part site.I didn't bother using the bulbs. The daytime blinking wasn't bright enough to me.I tried Ebay bulbs and Stealth and both were too dull. The Ebay bulbs were too orange too.
The Philips chrome bulbs I bought back in 2010 were much better but aren't available anymore.

Here's that site if still interested.

MikeFoxx...the ones I'm talking about are painted chrome. When flashing it's amber or yellow. Trying to get rid of that "egg yolk" look.

Joeb427...I've checked both Stealth auto and Stealth bulbs but none of the links work for purchase for some reason.

Update.... Nevermind. For some reason links don't work in Google chrome but works fine in IE.

Default You tube video on Stealth bulb daytime brightness

I find the bulbs to be a little weak in sunlight.

Keep in mind this car is not in the full sun where the bulb output will be weaker. At night,ok.

However, the Stealth bulbs brightness may work for you..

You can get these at Pepboys or Orielys may have them. I bought them from a local store cause I didn't want the look of amber to show through a clear lense. The bulb was chrome but lit up as amber/orange.

This is where I bought mine:

http://www.autolumination.com

They have a version of them that are only half covered in chrome which are brighter than the full stealth ones. I have both kinds and like the performance of the half covered ones better as they are a good compromise of hiding most of the "egg yolk" look but still being pretty bright.
