Unless im reading wrong OP is asking about a 2014 IS F, bumper, not the 2014 is250/350 f sport bumper. But as for the isf bumper the isf is wider than the 250/350 so it will not fit. But there's a handful of eBay sellers that sell the isf replica bumper made to fit the 250/350. Many members have done that over the years and from what I've read and seen fitment for the most part is solid.

You have to buy the bumper ,grills,grill surround ,the upper rubber from the grills,emblem(I bought the hybrid one to much my cars color),fogs if you like(which are the most expensive parts),and the brake air vents if you want.I manage to find some parts used after a lot of search.
So basically it's pricey because of all the parts. I was wondering if it was pricey for all the body shop work to fit the lights.
I did all the cutting my friend so I saved some money there.The molding and paint was pricing too.The hole job cost me 3000 $.I know it's a lot of money but I wanted the fogs and the air duct covers for an OEM look and I didn't want to sell the car so this face lifting make me love my car again!I didn't regret at all!My car is almost 10 years old now but it s defenatelly a beauty and everybody is looking at it every time.
07 is350 with 14 is350 front bumper
