Default 2012 oem led headlights problem

Honestly I don't know when this problem started BC I've put it off for so long but I've had an issue with my low beams pointing low. So I've taken the time to finally address this issue and I'm pretty positive turning the screw clockwise is gonna move the beam up. Well it did move up but barely. I've turned it over 100 times. On top of that I totally forgot that when u first start the car the lights move up and down until my buddy started his 2011 is350. So my headlights haven't done that for the longest time that I totally forgot about that function. Perhaps the mechanism that moves the projector up and down is broken? So my question is besides buying new headlights, how can I fix this? Perhaps retrofit new projectors?

2011+ LED headlights do not move up and down, they are stationary.

If you're thinking of the afs function you're correct they don't move left and right when u turn your car but as for as start up they definite go up, and then down into place. I know this for sure BC my buddy turned on his 2011 is350 fsport. And it did do so on mine before

They have auto-leveling, and there is an adjustment to adjust the level on the headlights as well. It does take quite a few turns to move the lights, but they should move. Were you having issues with both of them, or just one?

Both of them I actually did roughly 200 full rotation on both. And they moved but they are still pretty low especially when compared to my buddies car

Are you sure you were moving the up/down adjuster and not the left/right adjuster? (It moves the headlights slightly up/down, but mostly left/right).

So if I bought retrofitted projectors would it fix this issue? Has anyone retrofitted these headlights?
