Default Headlight issue

Hey guys i am new to this blog and also new to lexus family. So i will just straight go to my point. Few weeks ago my left side headlight has been replaced(OEM) through insurance company. And when i got the car back, the left side Headlight was less brighter then right side. So i took the car to the lexus referred body shop who replaced the headlight and they fixed it and told me now its ok. But when i came back and was driving the car at night i saw there is some stair effect in the lights and also now i am not getting the shadow effect of the HID. Now its giving lower shadow effect. To make it clear and understandable i also uploaded the pictures. So if anybody can help me out here, that will be really appreciable. I have no idea whats going on. I think i will take it back to the lexus. But first i want to know why i am not getting the same light effect as before.

Could it be an aiming issue?? My lights on my 350 are aimed diffrently and appear the same as yours.

^ can you tell me one more thing!!! As you can see in the picture that the right headlight is giving strong effect on the ground where the left side light effect is kinda low. So is that also a adjust problem???
Thanks 😬

i also have same issue like nh9686ay, and noticed even when both sides are balanced on the wall, while actual driving at night the driver side wont reach out as far as passenger side, if i adjust it slight higher, only beams to the sign instead of road, wierd.

Looks like there's more at play than alignment, from the pictures it appears that the bulb may not be correctly seated. See how the left side doesn't have a hotspot? While the vertical alignment looks too high, the abesnce of a hotspot is usually caused by the bulb not being properly seated (see picture below):
