Went online and see that Lexus South Atlanta has the part for $ 255.00. Is replacing the fuel pressure sensor something that is relatively easy (ie. I can do it myself or have a regular mechanic do it) or is it a lot more complicated than what it looks? I'm trying to see why the dealer would charge so much.
So I just got off the phone with Alexis, and despite that I did have the recall back in 2009 and things were fixed. My port has gone out again. They are trying to quote me $2000! Any recommendations on what I should do? When he broke down the price for me with labor and parts he sent alone the part was $900. So how do you get 2000 from a diagnostic test on top of labor with a rip off! So if there’s any advice that I could get from you guys, I would greatly appreciate it , thank you in advance. I look forward to hearing all responses.

I think what changed is that they sell the sensor with fuel rail now.

If you search the threads find the individual fuel sensor p#, and get an indy shop to install.

Sorry to bring up an old tread

So I am starting to get raw gas fumes inside the car lately
After checking the service history, MY2010 was done in 2015.
I got the car from the first owner at 39k and I am now at 56k. Has anyone got the ELF recall done and still had issues later down the line?

The SA smelled the gas too but they are having trouble tracing the smell.
