Default Techstream options? EPS ECU programing (OR/WA)

The local lexus dealership wants too much to plug in & program a new EPS ECU (8965053041) into my 2006 IS350. Looking for alternative options.
Maybe someone in the Oregon/Washington area with Techstream and a Mongoose cable might be willing to help me out? Lunch is on me!

Is that a used EPS ECU from an IS-F? If so, toss it in. Myself and others have done this with no issues.

You might try some Toyota places too.

It will be a new IS-F EPS ECU from LexusPartsNow.com, unless I find a trustworthy source for a used one. So many counterfeit/clone parts in the world today.
Contacted a Toyota dealer regarding the EPS ECU programming, but got no reply as it was too close to holiday times and they are currently very busy. Will try again soon. Hoping I can get the ECU installed/programmed before my road trip in January. But may have to bite the bullet and pay to meet the timeline.

On a side note, I was looking into the Steering Damper compatibility. There are multiple part numbers. Can someone confirm 4571353020 is the correct steering damper for 2IS? I would appreciate it!
