ISX50 Dash/Door Panels Recall
How do I go about asking Lexus to replace my dashboard, and all door panels. What is the best way to do it, or how did you do it. Anybody got a scan of the recall page instead of a picture?

I've got this but nothing in the mail about the recall I don't think. I will have to check my manual. After reading through the thread completely I guess the Sewell Lexus Dealership in Dallas wasn't wrong about it being in effect during the summer. I hope they replace my dash which I nicked up fixing my nav screen and my door panels have fingerprints on them and they just don't come out. I hope they do it.

Ok, I've read all of those threads, so how do I ensure that I get the notice because currently the car is only one owner and I don't think the recall has come to the first owner, when it is sold and it becomes to the second owner will Lexus send it to the second owner?

What I did when I bought mines from the previous owner was to go own to the Lexus dealer. Let them know you purchased the car from a private sellers and you wanted to transfer all new info to your address. Took me about 10 min. They just change the info. But I'm in hawaii so we only have one dealership. Not sure if you have multiple dealers and would need to go to the original one it was purchased from

I just got my car back from dasboard, door, crack, sticky today. Now the car look new. It took them 4 day to get part and 1 day install. Just bring your car to Lexus Dealer for inspection.

OK doesn't sound that bad and I wanted to keep it a one dealer car because I'm already close to the one it was bought at and everything was done at that one dealer so I will transfer it all over. Thanks.
