Hey everyone... Im not new to Lexus I own a 99 GS400 which I love. Im picking up a 2006 IS350 this Saturday for 11k and wanted to kno if there is anything I should be looking for when to comes to this car? Always loved the IS and its a timeless look and a almost perfect car for what it offers and can do.

152k miles all highway. I drove the car with your eyes closed you would think the car only has 50k miles. No accidents and the car is in great good condition almost too good condition for a car with 152k. I cant find a single mark on the car. I can tell the previous owner it was his baby. Its out in VA so im guessing they take better car of their cars out there with better and smoother roads also. I live in NY.


The car has a injen intake, F-sport springs and a 1500 dollar exhaust system all already installed on the car from the previous owner so that saves me some cash from doing those things... the previous owner went out brought a 2015 BMW M3

Question does this car has the ML sound system? I dont see the logo on the center console.

Looks like to be in great condition for 150k miles. Must have been garaged its entire life. $1500 exhaust system is just the F-Sport exhaust right?

What are your plans for the car or the first mod?

The seats are in awesome shape they look almost new I really shocked of the condition of the interior. The guy must have been single or never spent time in the car at all.

I was shocked by the condition of the vehicle I have never seen a car with 152k in show room condition. I wonder if the owner is on this site .

I drove the car around for a bit with the dealer and the car didnt miss a beat and omg does the exhaust sound sweeeeeet. Start up and idle and WOT is music for the ears. Im not sure if its an F-Sport exhaust I dont see a logo on it but they said a Lexus dealership told them thats how much its worth

Well my mod are I have a front LIP on order and I have coilovers ksport waiting already at my house to be put on I also want to get spacers but im not sure if I should go with 15mm or 20mm

Yea its has crossed drilled all around with some type of racing brake pad thats red in color

Welcome to CL and the car looks super clean. That the original HKS (for Lexus) exhaust with no logo probably. You can log onto the Lexus website and type in the VIN and see what maintenance and recalls have been done.

Judging from the one shot of the front of the interior, it looks like it does not have the ML audio system. The stock audio system is no slouch at least. Welcome to CL and congrats on a nice find.

Good advice. I checked the Lexus website and put in the VIN doesn't show anything about maintenance it just showing me info about a recall

Went tru all the service pages. Only issues the car had was mirrors wouldnt go down, Air bag light came on changed cluster, check engine light came on because of the aftermarket intake, aftermarket brake squeal, he claimed parking sensors werent working.

Thats was all that really happened since 2006 until now
