after talking to the manager and the advisor they told me that they only got the ok from lexus to do it after I left which seems to be pretty ironic..ended up dropping the car off this morning and they're gonna have it for me later today so I probably just wont be going back after the first impression I was left with

 

i bet they will change their tune if you tell them you were not satisfied and will make sure you note this if you recieve a survey from lexus corporate.

 

Had my recall performed this morning - they had it done in about 3.5 hours. This was my first recall- I bought my 2010 IS250 AWD about a year ago - so it was really nice getting an RX loaner and a full tank of gas, though I was really hoping for a new IS loaner

 

they asked if I wanted a loaner but I'm not old enough. at least they filled my gas lol
