I'm a returning member. I used to have a 1998 Lexus GS400 but had to sell it due to gas prices a few years ago and I got into PA school. I graduated in 2010 and went through 3 cars since: 2005 Scion xA (traded in for) 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero (LOVED this car but it died on the freeway and almost killed me so I traded in for) 2013 Nissan Altima (biggest piece of crap brand new stinking lemon-got bought back through lemon law). So I've been lurking here since last winter-carless. I have been searching for a CPO 2010+ IS350 and bought one today! Its a 2010 SGM with Black interior with 41K miles CPO. Purchased for 28K. I don't think it was the best deal but I was looking at a non CPO at a Honda dealer with 30K miles for the same price but the salesperson ticked me off so I went with this one.

 

Nice pick up man, I recently got a '11/sgm/is350/42.5k miles/cpo for 1k more. Hope you are enjoying as much as I am

 

Ok That makes me feel better that the price seems right I'm just beginning to get to know her, Just brought her home this evening. Can't wait to start doing little things. I envy you though with the 2011 LEDs in the headlamps. Mine dont have those but has AFS Congras on your car too!!!

 

was your altima a 2.5?... those engine are crap...

 

It was a 3.5SV. Had tranny problems and a passenger airbag light malfunction (that is now a million car recall BTW) at 200 miles and continued after several visits to two dealers and finally got repurchased at 3000 miles.

Welcome back and Congrats! I also recently got my '11/TP/is350/38k miles/cpo for $29k drive out. first thing you should do is get the weathertech floormats! totally worth it!

 

Dang that is an awesome deal! 2011's here are in the 32K+ with 40k miles or under for CPO. I was looking at one at a honda dealer for 28K it had 29K miles SGM with Ecru leather non CPO and was willing to buy it but the Salesman jerked me around so I told him to...well you know...LOL

 

Welcome back! I wished I bought that SGM color. Remember if you have any recalls through lexus, get it done and get a free rental courtesy car. Any plans on modding her?

I have all the records and the dealer said all recalls were done already. I plan on keeping her stock for now but you never know. Likely coils, redouts, tint and sways but nothing crazy.
