Why do you want to do this? If the answer is that you don't like the headlight washers activating whenever you wash the windshield with the lights on, then I've got a MUCH better solution:

Isn't there just a switch for the headlight by its self? Well at least for mine is a switch by the sunshade visor. So it doesn't come on with the windshield one.

That's the whole point of the mod above. There is a separate switch to activate the headlight washer by itself, but the headlight washer also comes on when activating the windshield washer if the headlights are on. Performing the mod removes that unwanted link, meaning the headlight washers ONLY run when the switch is pressed.

Yes, you can take the fuse out without any warning lights on the dash. I did this because my passenger side washer nozzle broke, and it would cost over 200 to replace. I never really needed them here in California anyways. The fuse is located under the hood. Good luck!

Isn't just easier to pull the headlight wash fuse?
Fuse #32 in the FS.
Any problem with pulling the fuse?

Not that much easier. Popping the fuse out or popping the wire out of the connecter are both five minute jobs, but the latter leaves the headlight washers functional should you ever want to use them.
