Last night I park my car on the street and got hit and run....my dash cam caught that car image but can't see the license plate well because moving so fast...does anyone here know how to make the image more clear to get the license plate number? Please help, thanks!
Why not give a copy of the video the your insurance company. I am pretty sure they want to find out too.
Better yet! Give it to the police department or CHP and see what they can do. But i seriuosly doubt they are going to do anything about it. The last time i checked, The uninsured rate in California is over 20% and we know many of them are illegal alliens as well.

Hahaha...that is the norm here in the bay area! A friend of ours (who is pregnant) got hit in Mountainview. The ******* stopped but only to come out to check out his car and took off

They didn't even file the case for me, they said they got nothing to do with it since I cant get the license plate.

The same thing happened to our friend. The CHP told her dont even bother to report becasue there is nothing they can do. So much for "Serve and protect"
