eBay doesn't sell Vertex replica rear lip or side skirts. They only sell the Vertex replica front lip. Nextmod was the only place I knew of that sold the replica rear lip and side skirts, but their site has been down for months

A couple months ago I seen a few postings on CRAIGSLIST in the LA area selling full Vertex replica kits for 600
