06-12 vertex side skirts with a small crack on one side asking 350+ shipping they are both Starfire pearl.

Hey guys be careful of this seller. I bought and paid for the lip on Wednesday 4/23 and he said he'll ship it either that day or the next day. I text him again on Thursday 4/24 and asked if he shipped the lip and he said he was busy and didn't have time but he'll ship it on Friday since he has free. That was the last time I have heard from him. The seller stopped responding to all my text messages and will not answer. I've already filed a paypal claim. Oh yea when I paypal him, he said paypal won't release the money into his account until 14 days later so he asked if he could refund me and for me to send the payment as a gift. Good thing I told him no since I won't have any buyer protection. He then refunded me and asked me to paypal his "dad's" account which I did.

Yea the posting is kinda old but I sent him a text and he said he still had the lip.

On Friday May 2nd and I sent an email to his dad's account and in less than 1 hour he decides to send me a text saying he can't ship the item because I filed a claim and paypal took the money back. I replied saying none of this would have happened if he would have replied back to me text messages earlier in the week and that he can submit tracking info to PayPal and they'll release the funds back and yet again, no response. In no way did he try to make any of this right. I just want my lip that I paid more.

Wow to think I could have been in your situation back then. Sorry you had to deal with a difficult seller and hopefully everything gets situated.
