Default Wheel Offset

I was wondering if its okay to have a 35mm offset on 19x9" wheels in front and rear on an is250 AWD.

Yes you can with 235-35-19 tires no problem.

what do you have to look at when buying rims for awd. like what actually matters so i dont mess it up

Tires size matter cause if your too far off on the rolling diameter you could snap your differential.
