Stranded with VSC plus error code PO193
Well got the dreaded VSC , engine check and traction lite up on my dash.
Scanned for codes and PO193 comes up = Fail Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input.
Symptoms are first start it stalls then second attempt it starts but get limited power. Need to start slow and build up my speed to 30 mph if lucky.
Checked the gas cap ,then did the battery reset and reset again with OBD. Last I tried the brake dance to see if I could deactivate but just reverts back to VSC.
Looking for ideas and pictures on how to trouble shoot the problem before I get robbed by the dealer
Thanks anybody?

Check all of your fuses. The issue you are having could be very different than what I have experienced. But every time I blew a fuse, the VSC, check engine and trac light came on. Hope this helps.
Did some digging and decided to start with the engine compartment fuses.
Focused on what I thought could be related to this problem
#1 is a 25 amp fuse for the VDIM circuit. It was easy enough to remove and checked out fine.
The next fuses that I wanted to inspect were in the same compartment but had an extra clear plastic cover over them held in place with four small tabs.
I didn't think I could remove this cover without breaking it so.... I just used a flashlight to get a closer look.
Started with # 12 a 50 amp fuse for the VSC,VDIM circuit and then #22 the 30 amp VSC circuit...... as best as I could tell both looked good.
Nothing there so I moved on to the passenger side fuse box and checked out #17 a 10 amp VDIM and VSC circuit and this fuse checked out too.
Last I inspected for leakage around the intake and the MAF
So here I am back to square one and glad Lexus service hasn't called yet to schedule an appointment.
Why? .....I am still hopeful there is someone out there with something else to try and solve this.......??

Thanks for the heads up have a list of six recalls to be done or.... campaigns they call them.
Hopefully the fuel pressure sensor "BLA" fixes my problem.

The Check VSC message and light come on ANY time the check engine light is on. That's because the car automatically disables traction control when the CEL is lit, not because there is anything wrong with it.
Thanks did not know this any thoughts on PO193 code = Fail Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input???
