Does anyone else have this problems beside me?
right now my is250 have 53.848 miles...
what should I do?

Anyhow I expect that Lexus would still cover you on this, even though you are slightly over the miles. You might have to ask corporate and see what they say, just dont be a **** when you ask.

Have you actually had it diagnosed by the dealer yet? If not I would take it in to have that done first. If it is the clutch and you are only a 3k miles out of warranty they will probably be willing to help you get it fixed under warranty. When the car is there they can contact lexus on your behalf.
