I have a 2008 MT IS250, everyone knows the tranny is pretty crappy. Ive been fighting with the dealership for a while now to try n get myself a F sport clutch or atleast for them to compensate something to make up for the design issue (maybe pay half the price of the clutch etc) but no avail.

Well my car has around 30 000 kms now and the clutch is definitely dying, I admit i drive the car hard n prob ride the clutch a bit because of the lag in shifts but anyone know what warrenty on the clutch is like?

Like brake pads/rotors it's a wear item, I doubt it's covered by warranty at all

Didnt think so, but i read a post or two stating how dealership replaced clutch for the customer and they were around 24000 miles,
