thats basically the way i understood it as well, it was going to be a one time sale which sucks because i didnt have my IS yet when the sale went on lol. im hoping they do another but i doubt it. your best bet would be to keep your eye on the classified section

 

Sewell did do another sale even though they said they're not going to anymore. So, they probably will do another one.

I'll get one set if they go on sale again. I'm somewhat on the fence because I figure it will just get yellow and scratched up in a few years, but I think I can probably add some 3M thing on it. If there is no sale, I'll just polish up my current headlights. The halogens don't look bad when it's polished and new. Not worth $2000 for headlights when option with car was only $600.

When was that option ever $600. Since the LED came out in 2011 that package was about $3500 as a whole package.

When I checked the price was a year ago when Lexus web site shows the MSRP of each feature and what's available for each model as an option or package. The site has changed since then.

 

everyone who has them will say its worth it, and everyone who doesn't will say its not lol.

I personally think its a very nice mod, but not 1k worth.

 

the 12' headlights are amazing and make the 2IS look amazing...

 

im going to buy a 2013 GS350 F-Sport soon, soi will be uninstalling my 12' leds soon and putting them up for sale. they were a great option that made the my 2IS so much better looking.

DRL upgrade or not to upgrade,... so I stop by at the dealer showroom today and sit in the new IS Fsport, GS Fsport then LS460 Fsport. Damn, don't know which of the 3 new awesome cars to upgrade !; The LS has the best front facial fsport grill design and the IS Fsport grill is the worst ever seen among the trio IMO. That LS Fsport seats and headrest is stunning. So for a roomy family sedan use, the GS fsport is the way to go in term of the price and look.

 

thanks, yeah i think the GS is the direction im going to head as of now. The IS is just entirely to small of a car
