If I use the drivers window controls for the back windows they wont work. But the window buttons on the back doors will work. It's weird just happened recently both at the same time

Any ideas?

 

did you just disconnect the battery by any chance?

Probably just have to reset the windows. Go to the rear windows and hold the button to make them go all the way up and all the way down. That resets it and you should be able to control them once again from the driver's control.
