those are solid E/T's. IS350's are no slouch in the 1/8 mile, having ran mine at the Pursuit 2 and 3.
I think the IS350's seem to run a more consistent time in the 1/8-mile than the IS-F. it's got a more manageable torque curve (more linear and not quite as broad as the F), which allows the tires to hook up in traction-limited situations. the short gearing helps it get into the heart of the powerband very quickly.
despite the IS-F's sweeping the top three times @ Pursuit 4, every F that raced had traction issues after the first pass. collectively, the F's trap speeds were higher, but traction out of the hole was very limited.
now, if only irwindale had a 1/4-mile instead of an 1/8-mile...

Was such a fun event tho, the 6 hrs drive wasnt too bad either.
