recently when I was driving at night the left turn indicator on my dash illuminated solid green. when i turned my blinker on it blinked fast (generally indicating its out). When I inspected the rear tail light everything is good. When I looked at the indicator on my mirror it is solid orange and stays on. When I looked at my front head light the entire lamp is out. The turn indicator does not illuminate, the headlight is off, and the high beam does not come on when I turn them on. I checked the fuse panel and everything looks to be fine. Has anyone every experienced this? Possibly a bad connection after going over a bump or something? I have never had this issue before my vehicle has 50k miles and it is only on the driver side. Help would be much appreciated. Thank You

Should be a connector that hooks into the HID bulb, its like a flexible metal connector.

The main connector, try to plugin back and see what happen? Don't forget to reset your UCE, somehow it fix a few problem.
